Shinobi.Cash

Shinobi Cash: Cross-Chain Privacy Pools for the Multi-Chain World Shinobi Cash revolutionizes blockchain privacy by enabling users to deposit from any EVM chain and withdraw privately on any other chain. Shinobi Cash is built to meet users where they are, i.e, CrossChain. Key Features: - Built on Account Abstraction and OIF standards - Cross-chain deposits and withdrawals - 50-80% lower withdrawal costs using Paymaster and AA infra - Regulatory compliant with Association Set Provider - Single deployment serves all EVM chains - No custom relayer dependency

๐Ÿฅท Shinobi Cash

Cross-Chain Privacy Pools for the Multi-Chain World

EthereumArbitrumAccount AbstractionZero Knowledge

๐ŸŽฏ Vision

Shinobi Cash revolutionizes blockchain privacy by enabling users to deposit on any EVM chain and withdraw privately on any other chain through a single Arbitrum deployment. Built on enhanced Privacy Pools with regulatory compliance features, Shinobi Cash eliminates expensive custom relayers by leveraging Account Abstraction paymasters, reducing withdrawal costs by 50-80%.

"Making Arbitrum the privacy hub for all Ethereum users"

๐Ÿฅท Shinobi Cash: The Cross-Chain Future

๐Ÿš€ Comprehensive solution that fixes everything
โœ… Cross-chain deposits and withdrawals
โœ… 50-80% lower transaction costs
โœ… No custom relayer dependency
โœ… Single deployment serves all EVM chains
โœ… Account Abstraction integration
โœ… Regulatory compliant with ASP proofs

๐Ÿ’ก Key Problems Solved

๐ŸŽฏ Problem 1: Expensive & Unreliable Custom Relayers

Current Issue:

โŒ Users depend on third-party relayers
โŒ High fees (often 10-30% of transaction)
โŒ Relayers may go offline
โŒ No standardized infrastructure

Shinobi Solution:

โœ… Account Abstraction Paymastersโœ… 50-80% cost reductionโœ… Reliable, standardized infrastructureโœ… No third-party dependency

๐ŸŽฏ Problem 2: Fragmented Cross-Chain Privacy

Current Issue:

โŒ Want privacy on 10 chains? Deploy 10 contracts
โŒ Liquidity fragmentation
โŒ Higher operational costs
โŒ Complex user experience

Shinobi Solution:

โœ… One Arbitrum deployment serves ALL chains
โœ… Unified liquidity pool
โœ… Seamless cross-chain experience
โœ… Arbitrum becomes privacy hub

๐ŸŽฏ Problem 3: Limited Withdrawal Options

Current Issue:

โŒ Can only withdraw on deposit chain
โŒ No cross-chain flexibility
โŒ Requires separate bridging
โŒ Multiple transaction costs

Shinobi Solution:

โœ… Deposit anywhere, withdraw anywhere
โœ… Bridge-free privacy
โœ… Single transaction experience
โœ… OIF-powered cross-chain execution

๐Ÿš€ Real-World Use Cases

  • Receive payments privately across any chain

  • Pay employees across chains privately

  • Move funds between chains discretely

  • Private business-to-business payments

๐ŸŒ The Arbitrum Advantage

Why Arbitrum as Privacy Hub?

๐Ÿ”ฅ Low Transaction Costs
โ”œโ”€ Reduced gas fees for complex privacy operations
โ”œโ”€ More affordable for regular users
   โ””โ”€ Economic viability for micro-transactions

โšก High Performance
   โ”œโ”€ Fast transaction confirmations
   โ”œโ”€ Better user experience
   โ””โ”€ Suitable for real-time applications

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Ethereum Security
   โ”œโ”€ Inherits Ethereum's security model
   โ”œโ”€ Battle-tested infrastructure
   โ””โ”€ Trusted by institutions

๐ŸŒ EVM Compatibility
โ”œโ”€ Easy integration with existing tools
   โ”œโ”€ Familiar development environment
   โ””โ”€ Broad ecosystem support

Network Effects

  • More Users โ†’ Better Privacy (larger anonymity set)

Progress During Hackathon

- During the buildathon, I formulated the cross-chain withdrawal process using Open Intent Framework (ERC 7683), - Build the Crosschain withdrawal Paymaster for Shinobi.cash pool which allow user withdrawal without the dependecy on third-party relay and saves user the Gas cost. - Also complete the implementation of Cross-chain withdrawal from Arbitrum sepolia to Base-Sepolia chain using Open intent framework under the hood. - Build ZK circuit for crosschain withdrawal using Circom, which allow private withdrawal crosschain. - Interface enhancement
