Today, most onchain treasury tools stop at signature collection. They can move funds, but they do not decide whether a payment should execute, be escalated for review, or be blocked. Finance teams still end up stitching together spreadsheets, chat approvals, manual policy checks, and ad hoc risk judgment.
ArbCFO fixes that by turning treasury execution into a structured onchain workflow. A payment starts as an intent, passes through policy enforcement, is scored by a transaction risk oracle, gets routed to SAFE / REVIEW / BLOCK, collects EIP-712 approvals when needed, and ends with an immutable onchain receipt. Instead of “just send the payment,” we create a programmable control plane for treasury decisions.
The system is designed for the next wave of onchain finance: stablecoin operations today, tokenized-asset treasury workflows tomorrow. That is why ArbCFO fits both Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain so well. Arbitrum provides the execution environment for low-friction, composable finance infrastructure. Robinhood Chain strengthens the long-term narrative because tokenized assets will need treasury-grade controls, approval workflows, and risk-aware execution rails rather than generic wallets.

The bigger vision is becoming the default control plane for stablecoin and tokenized-asset treasury operations across onchain teams, RWA issuers, DAOs, and agent-driven finance systems.
