Bouncccer (Bounty For Builders and Influencers) is a fully on-chain bounty and collaboration platform designed to connect Web3 builders and influencers with projects that need real, verifiable contributions.
Traditional bounty and creator platforms are centralized, opaque, and risky — builders face non-payment, while projects struggle with fake engagement, unverifiable work, and unreliable contributors.
Bouncccer solves this by putting the entire bounty workflow on-chain.
Using smart contracts, Bouncccer guarantees:
Escrowed payments locked before work begins
Transparent submission and evaluation processes
Permanent on-chain reputation through non-transferable Soulbound NFTs
Trustless collaboration without intermediaries or platform fees
Builders earn reputation based on completed work, while influencers can prove campaign performance and credibility on-chain. This creates a fair, transparent, and incentive-aligned ecosystem for Web3 growth and contribution.
During the hackathon, we successfully built and demonstrated an alpha version of Bouncccer with working end-to-end on-chain logic: 1. Designed and implemented core smart contracts for bounty creation, reward escrow, submission, and resolution 2. Built event-driven contract architecture to safely synchronize bounty, reputation, and NFT states 3. Implemented blinded submissions with IPFS hash-based protection to prevent early data leakage and unfair evaluation 4. Developed Soulbound NFT reputation that records completed bounties and cannot be transferred or faked 5. Enabled on-chain bounty lifecycle: create → fund → submit → evaluate → payout 6. Deployed and tested contracts on testnet, validating gas usage and state consistency 7. Collected early feedback from hackathon participants and Web3 builders, confirming strong demand for trust-minimized bounty systems This progress demonstrates that Bouncccer can reliably support real-world Web3 collaboration, payments, and reputation without centralized control, laying a strong foundation for future expansion into influencer campaigns, DAO partnerships, and ecosystem incentives.
